HF300/1300型地板U型槽美縫生產(chǎn)線主要應(yīng)用于各種不同材質(zhì)的地板，家具等進(jìn)行表面U型槽美縫的裝飾處理，以達(dá)到美觀的裝飾效果。本生產(chǎn)線由5臺(tái)機(jī)器組合而成，分別為：進(jìn)料輸板機(jī)、長(zhǎng)邊美縫機(jī)、轉(zhuǎn)彎輸板機(jī)、端邊美縫機(jī)。采用PLC系統(tǒng)控制，連續(xù)作業(yè)，集成高精度涂布器、霧化處理器、攪拌供料器等核心技術(shù)。
HF300/1300 U-groove coating line is mainly used in the decorative treatment of U-shaped groove beautifying seams on the surface of floors or furniture to achieve beautiful decorative effects. This production line consists of 5 units: In feed section, Lengthwise U-Groove coating machine, Transfer conveyor, Crosswsie U-Groove coating machine. Equipped with PLC control system and integrated with core technologies such as high-precision coater, automization processor, and stirring supply system.
